Sunset Yoga @ Island MetroPark

Join us for an evening of mindful movement, fresh air, and beautiful riverfront views at Island MetroPark, located near downtown Dayton along the Great Miami River. We'll gather near the stage to enjoy a gentle Vinyasa style practice as the sun begins to set over the water.

This all-levels experience is designed to help you slow down, connect breath with movement, and unwind from the busyness of the day while surrounded by nature. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and intentional movement, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself while soaking in the peaceful energy of the river and the setting sun.

But wait, it gets better! During our July 28th session, we will close with a sound healing journey led by the AMAZING Dana Carden, who will offer a variety of sounds including singing bowls, a gong, and more! 🎶

💲 $15 per person. You may drop in and pay at the event, or pre-register through our website. Pre-registration is encouraged and allows you to receive a convenient text reminder before class!
