Talent~People Hackathon: Dragons Den Edition

🤖 We’re back with the next Talent & People Hackathon - Dragon’s Den edition.

Since our last event in November, the pace of change has been relentless. Tools, expectations, and mindsets have evolved rapidly. Many of us have transitioned from learning to using, and now to building.

As Talent leaders in the startup realm, we face different expectations. We work for founders who are actively creating these innovations, raising the bar for all of us.

So…

We’re building again! Expect lightweight tools, smarter workflows, and small automations that compound over time—all designed to sharpen our daily work.

At our first hackathon, teams without technical backgrounds managed to build tangible solutions in under an hour. Participants left with usable tools, and this time we’re bringing even more energy, ideas, and... Dragons!

📋 The Plan
This hands-on morning hackathon is tailored for Talent leaders. You’ll team up, select a real-world problem, and construct a lightweight tool or workflow to tackle it—no technical skills required!
We’ll utilize no-code tools like Lovable, GPTs, and any other resources needed to get the job done.
Then at 9:45 AM, you’ll pitch your creation—Dragon’s Den style!

⏰ The Format

• 8:30 AM - Breakfast and coffee (eat at your desk, laptops open)
• 8:55 AM (sharp) - Hackathon kicks off. Teams form, problems are selected, building begins.
• 9:50 AM - Pitch time. Each team shares their creation with the judges in true Dragon’s Den fashion.
• 10:30 AM - Winners announced and prize giving.
