The Voices of Innovation
Welcome to hear the voices of innovation at the TEDxKTH Salon event 2026. We are bringing together three compelling speakers to explore how ideas and knowledge are spread across the world. We will dive into what it means to reach people at scale, from building global developer communities to reshaping how institutions think about equity, finance and deep-tech. Along the way, we will see how amplifying underrepresented voices and perspectives can lead to conviction and make technology, finance, and the systems around us more equitable and ultimately, more effective for everyone.
Muhammad Ahsan Ayaz
Muhammad Ahsan Ayaz, is a Software Architect at Scania and a Google Developer Expert in Angular with over a decade of experience building at the frontier of web and mobile technology. Beyond his engineering work, Ahsan is an award-winning educator, author, and speaker who has dedicated his career to helping developers and product owners build with AI. He is the creator of widely adopted open-source libraries that have been installed millions of times, and his YouTube channel and blog reach a global community of learners. Ahsan has previously worked with companies such as Klarna and Modus Create, leading front-end teams and shaping developer-focused products.
In his TEDx talk, "The next billion developers won't be blocked by syntax. They'll be blocked by thinking" Ahsan explores how the rise of AI is reshaping what it truly means to be a developer.
Maja Bosnic
Maja Bosnic is an economist, senior international development professional, and globally recognized expert in gender-responsive and green budgeting with 25 years of experience reforming public finance systems. She has worked with governments and institutions around the world, including the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, UN Women, and the European Union, on projects spanning Ukraine, Indonesia, Zambia, and Morocco. As a key expert, Maja helped shape the PEFA Gender Assessment Framework and contributed to the UN/OECD working group that developed SDG indicator 5c1 for tracking funds for gender equality. Through her work with Claim.Impact, she now focuses on building gender- and climate-responsive financial products and debiasing AI. Her TED talk on gender-responsive budgeting has reached nearly two million viewers worldwide.
In her TEDx talk, Maja shares how including gender and climate perspectives makes finance, institutions, and AI more effective, transparent, and equitable for everyone.
Anna Norelius
Anna Norelius is an Investment Manager at KTH Ventures, helping researchers turn frontier science into ventures that can reach the world. For a decade, she has worked on translating ideas that are ahead of their time, across strategic foresight for Fortune 500 companies and governments, venture capital, and advisory on AI and blockchain, before those fields entered the mainstream.
In her TEDx talk, Anna shares what she has been noticing from the rooms where these ideas are transmitted, and what the people who actually get their ideas across are doing differently.
