The Fair Fight Coalition: Private soft launch

Female founders are building high-potential companies, yet remain systematically underfunded and under-supported.
To begin addressing this challenge, we're bringing together a carefully selected group of investors, accelerators, founder community leaders, and ecosystem partners for the private soft launch of the Fair Fight Coalition.
This closed-door working session marks the start of a broader initiative focused on improving access to capital, support, and long-term outcomes for female founders.
Rather than another conversation about the problem, we'll be working together to identify practical opportunities for change across the founder journey.
Together, we'll explore:
• How we identify and support high-potential female founders earlier in their journey.
• Where friction appears throughout the funding process and what practical changes could improve outcomes.
• New metrics, standards, and approaches that could strengthen fundability and long-term success for female-led businesses.
• Opportunities for collaboration across investors, operators, communities, and ecosystem partners.
To ensure productive working groups, we'll speak with participants in advance and thoughtfully curate discussions based on experience, perspective, and areas of interest.
Hosted by enki, the fractional finance talent community, this session is designed to bring together people actively shaping the future of entrepreneurship, investment, and founder support.
