The Jollof Club is a celebration of West African flavor, diaspora creativity, and Amsterdam’s cultural heartbeat — where food becomes a way to tell stories, honor heritage, and build community.
Created by Nicolas Aquaa and Bunmi Okolosi, The Jollof Club blends West African family recipes with contemporary culinary techniques inspired by Michelin-starred kitchens and Nicolas’ travels through Nigeria, Ghana, and London. Expect vibrant dishes like suya, puff-puff, and of course jollof rice — all rooted in tradition while cooking boldly forward.
