Meet Your Hosts:
Lisa Lang — A dedicated coach and yoga instructor, Lisa is also the founder of The Kindroot Space. Her mission is to create inviting environments that encourage slowing down, reconnecting, and self-reflection. She believes that achieving wellbeing doesn't have to be complex to be impactful.
Cat Premezzi — An analog collage artist and occupational therapist, Cat creates spaces where creativity leads to reconnection. She intertwines therapeutic insight with intuitive artistic expression, inviting participants to engage, explore, and savor the present moment through Art Khemia.
