The Live AI Strategy Build: watch us build one, learn how to build yours
What you'll see
You'll watch us build a full AI strategy for OneGen Therapeutics, a (fictional) 18-person pharma startup launching a new product later this year. A real business-shaped set of problems: shadow AI in the team, data that shouldn't go near AI, regulators watching, and a commercial opportunity that AI could unlock if they don't break anything getting there.
As we work through OneGen's strategy on stage, we'll translate every decision into what it looks like for your business, whatever you do and whatever size you are. You'll leave understanding what an AI strategy actually is, why most businesses don't have one, and what the first three steps are for building your own.
Two sessions, one day
10:00-12:00 | The Live AI Strategy Build
Two hours on the main stage. Seven boxes. One complete AI strategy, built in front of you.
13:00-14:00 | Ask Us Anything AI
One hour, no-topic-off-limits AI Q&A. Bring the awkward questions.
Come for one, come for both. No extra fee either way.
What you'll take away
A clear model for what belongs in an AI strategy (seven things, all of them do-able).
A view of how regulation, risk and opportunity fit together for any UK business.
Specific examples of how the same decisions play out for consultancies, agencies, professional services, and product teams.
Access to our free community for the template, prompt pack, and session recording.
An invitation to the paid full-day build-along in June if you want to go from watching to doing.
Who this is for
You run, lead, or make decisions at a business. You've been meaning to get serious about AI for months but keep bouncing off the hype. You want a proper plan, not another tool demo.
Beginner-friendly. No technical background needed. Useful whether you've barely started with AI or you've been using it daily for a year.
The format
Live on stage. Interactive (you'll be asked to participate at three specific moments).
Hosts
Richard Geary has spent 25 years inside enterprise technology, including Salesforce and global implementation teams. He's seen what happens when businesses buy technology they never properly use. He's a keynote speaker and CPD-certified AI trainer. His view on AI is the same as his view on everything else: what works, and what you can actually do with it on Monday morning.
Scott Evans spent over a decade in project management and business process improvement, working at Deloitte and Bank of America before building two AI businesses of his own. He's spent years getting inside how organisations actually operate and working out where AI fits properly, not as a bolt-on but as part of how the business runs. He's a CPD-certified trainer and guest speaker who works with senior leaders and L&D teams to get them past the curiosity stage and into doing something real with it.
