RedTIE Theatre presents: The Queer Bash in its first performance outside England!

🎉 The LGBTQ+ community has much to celebrate after decades of effort to secure human rights. However, there is also a growing sense of trepidation and fear.

📉 On both sides of the Atlantic, the socio-political climate is becoming increasingly hostile to the LGBTQ+ community, with powerful voices speaking with vitriol and misinformation spreading unchecked. Proposed legislations threaten to remove people from public life.

📜 After making strides in the right direction, progress has turned into regression.

The Queer Bash is an in-depth exploration of contemporary LGBTQ+ issues and historical struggles that persist. It is also a vibrant celebration of the LGBTQ+ community, serving as a brutally honest and colorful emotional rollercoaster that is both funny and poignant.

🎭 The aim of The Queer Bash is to entertain and enlighten audiences. For those it represents, it seeks to celebrate the community and shed light on familiar hardships. For those outside the community, it aims to reveal the reality of being LGBTQ+ in today's world.

👥 The performance features a group of young actors from England, and the ticket price helps cover their costs for coming to Copenhagen to perform.
