The Writer's Sprint

Join us at Michigan Central Station's Literary Lounge for an engaging and productive writing experience! 🏙️

Hosted by Detroit Writing Room workshop leader Jen Williams, The Writer’s Sprint is crafted to help you concentrate on your writing projects while connecting with fellow writers. This is your chance for protected writing time amid a supportive community!

Whether you're working on fiction, memoirs, or business plans, all writers are welcome! The event features:

• Two focused 1-hour writing sessions ⏳
• A delicious break for food with a Q&A session 🍽️
• Opportunities to connect with other writers 👥

Enjoy beautiful views of the city while sipping on coffee and munching on bagels. Please bring whatever materials you need—whether it's a laptop for typing or a notebook for plotting. If you prefer music while writing, remember to bring your personal headphones to minimize disruptions! 🎶
