Trail Trek Guided Hike: Engineer Cantonment

Join us for an enlightening Guided Hike at the Engineer Cantonment in Omaha, part of this year’s Your Parks Adventure: Trail Trek program!

Led by former Nebraska State Archaeologist Rob Bozell, you'll delve into the rich history of the Engineer Cantonment site and gain fascinating archaeological insights.

Participants will enjoy a walk of approximately one-quarter mile from the county road to the site, with the program lasting around one hour. Limited parking is available at the site; those without a spot will need to park safely along the road. Keep an eye out for yard signs with additional details!

This hike is a collaborative effort with the Nebraska State Historical Society's Wander Nebraska program. Let's explore together!
