Tropik Talks is an engaging Southeast Asian speaker series dedicated to redefining dominant narratives through the voices of regional creatives. Join us for the inaugural session featuring an all-Filipino lineup with Kittybug Press and Chia Amisola from Developh!

✨ Chia Amisola will delve into their role directing Developh, a pioneering research & arts institution focused on critical technologies in the Philippines. They will discuss recent projects, such as KAKAKOMPYUTER MO YAN, an anthology dedicated to third world net art, and new explorations surrounding land, sovereignty, and labor.

🎨 Kittybug Press will shine a light on the rich history of Filipino press and share fascinating interviews conducted with local Risograph copy shops. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase their latest publication, Filipino Risograph Duplicate Archive, alongside other exciting works!
