What is Korfball?
Korfball is a dynamic, fast-paced team sport originally inspired by Swedish "ringboll." It’s often described as a mix between basketball and netball, but with a unique twist: it is the world's only dedicated mixed-gender team sport.

• Gender-Equal: Teams consist of 4 men and 4 women.
• True Teamwork: You can’t dribble or run with the ball—you have to pass to move!
• All-Around Skills: Every two goals, attackers and defenders switch roles, so everyone gets to shoot and defend.
• Non-Contact: It’s a tactical game focused on speed, positioning, and cooperation.

Who can join?
Everyone! Whether you are a total beginner who has never heard of a "korf" or an experienced athlete looking for a new challenge, you are welcome. We speak both Swedish and English at training.

What to bring:

Indoor sports clothes and shoes. A water bottle.
