• Create a profile for your pup at Barkside Dog Bar and upload their vaccine records.
• Dogs must be at least six months old, and those over a year must be spayed or neutered.
• Vaccination requirements include:
  • Rabies
  • DHLPP/Da2PP
  • Bordetella

📄 Guest Waiver:

• Humans must also sign a Guest Waiver, available on our website.
