📍 Location: Umatilla County Fair, Les Schwab Stage at the Fair Grounds

🕚 Time: 11:00 a.m. to Noon

Think your little one has the cutest smile in Umatilla County? Bring your baby to this fun-filled fair tradition and celebrate the joy, personality, and charm of our community's youngest residents!
Eligibility: Newborns up to age 18 months old.

Registration:
📝 Required by August 10!
Registration must be completed in-person at the Next Chapter Bookstore located at 1000 S Hwy 395 Ste c, Hermiston, OR 97838.

Every contestant receives a free diaper bag, compliments of Good Shepherd! 🎁
