Urban Farm Volunteers

Join our dedicated team at the one-acre Urban Farm and make a difference! 🌍 Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or a first-timer, your help is invaluable. Each Sunday, we tackle essential farm chores while also collaborating with the NYC Compost Project and Big Reuse to maintain our 5-bin compost system, enhancing the soil for our planting beds.

👩‍🌾 Who Can Join?

• Individuals under 16 must volunteer with an adult.
• Ages 16 & 17 can participate with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Downloadable waivers can be found on our website under "Waiver for unaccompanied 16 & 17 year olds".

This opportunity is designed for community members and is not open to groups larger than 5. If you wish to bring more, please reach out to us at volunteers@randallsisland.org. New volunteers will need to register in advance.
