Join Us for the Wales Strongest Woman 2026! 🌟

This competition serves as the official pathway to prestigious events such as Britain’s and Europe’s Strongest Woman! Winners in the following categories will earn their spot:

• Under 57 kg
• Under 64 kg
• Under 73 kg
• Under 82 kg
• Masters (40+)
• Masters (50+, subject to interest)
• Opens

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be born in Wales,
• Have lived in Wales for over 3 years,
• Or have a Welsh parent.

Event Breakdown:

1. Deadlift Ladder sponsored by Nicol Denvir & Purnell
   • 75 seconds, with split times.
     Categories and weights vary by weight class.
2. Overhead Mega Medley sponsored by The Strength Shop
   • Log, Axle, Log, Axle... in 75 seconds with split times.
3. Sandbag Medley sponsored by Quantum Coffee Roasters
   • 75 seconds to complete various sandbag lifts.
4. Yoke for Max Distance sponsored by Bassline Acoustic
   • 60 seconds across 15m lengths.
5. Dragon Stones sponsored by The Park Vets
   • Load 10 stones ranging from 40kg to 100kg in 90 seconds.
