Welcome to a gentle space to slow down together in nature. 🍃 Join us as we wander up Vettakollen, taking time to appreciate both the beautiful landscape on our way and the breathtaking view of Oslofjord at the summit. We'll move at a slow, unhurried pace to connect deeply with the smooth bedrock, moss, lichen, and the variety of trees, including pine, spruce, and birch.

🌱 What to Expect

This is a walking meditation where we’ll move slowly, pause often, and listen deeply. You’ll have the opportunity to notice your body, your breath, and the ground beneath you. You're not alone; you're in contact with the living world around you.

🌊 Journey of Connection

As we navigate through the landscape, I will provide gentle guidance with simple invitations to help you settle into your body and senses. Everything is optional—feel free to follow your own rhythm.

🌼 Who This is For

This space resonates with individuals who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or are in transition. It’s especially welcoming for those seeking a more embodied experience if traditional meditation hasn’t felt accessible. No prior experience is needed; you are welcome just as you are.

Participants often leave feeling more settled, connected to their bodies, and less alone in what they carry. There’s room for quiet, rest, and whatever may shift during the walk.

  • When: Free to join, with donations welcome but not expected.
  • What to Bring: Water, snacks, extra layers, comfortable clothing and footwear with good grip, and something to sit on.
  • Accessibility: The path features natural terrain, is steep at times, and is not wheelchair accessible.
