We Bike Bicycle Sundays in Westchester

Join us for a delightful day on wheels! Bicycle Sundays in Westchester County allows a beautiful 6.5-mile stretch of the historic Bronx River Parkway to be closed to cars, making it perfect for cyclists and pedestrians! 🌳

We'll gather at Van Cortlandt Park, right at the intersection of Broadway & 242nd St. (near the 1 train station) at 9 AM, with wheels down at 9:15 AM. We'll journey along the Old Putnam Trail to the South County Trail, connecting to the Bronx River Trail after a short mile on Palmer Rd., a charming suburban road. 🌼

The entire ride will stretch to approximately 30 miles, but don't worry, there are Metro North stations at both ends of the route for those who prefer to hop on the train back to the city! 🚆
