In a world where we are more connected than ever through technology, many people still experience loneliness and isolation. We all seem to have a deep desire to belong, to be understood, and to share meaningful relationships with others.
But what is it that truly brings people together?

What helps people feel genuinely connected to one another? Why can we feel lonely even when surrounded by people?

  • How can we build deeper and more meaningful relationships?

This week at IQ Cafe, we'll explore these questions together. After a short introduction, we'll break into small groups for open discussion.

Come share your thoughts, hear different perspectives, and enjoy meaningful conversation in a relaxed and respectful environment. Everyone is welcome!

🕒 Schedule:
8:00-8:20 - Listen to a bilingual lecture on the night's topic while enjoying snacks and coffee
8:20-9:00 - Discussion in small groups
Afterwards - Stick around and hang out with new friends!

If you have trouble, please call 080-3350-9413.

What is IQ Cafe?
IQ Cafe is a place that wants to create a space for you to think deeply.
We think it's a shame how many people go through life without reflecting on things that matter. It’s important to take the time to think about the difficult questions in life. It can be easy to live your life and just go through the motions.

The presentations at IQ Cafe are always bilingual because we want you to be able to practice Japanese and English! For the discussion time, there are tables with English and Japanese available. Let's practice language together!
