We’ll tackle some of Flo101's product challenges directly. Choose a problem that intrigues you and delve into it throughout the session.

What Makes It a Buildathon? 👩‍🎨

This isn't just a discussion; you'll create something tangible! You’re encouraged to build a prototype, design, clickable mockup, or flow using any AI tools available.

At the end of the day, present your work to a panel ready to challenge your ideas. Prepare to defend your decisions!

What You’ll Do in the Sprint:

1. Select a Real Flo101 Problem: Understand the user's pain points deeply.
2. Identify the Obvious Fix: We’ll figure out common solutions and why they often fail. This crucial step distinguishes real PM thinking from basic screen design.
3. Design a Smarter Solution: Build a solution that works and bring your idea to life - not just as slides but as a real, visualized concept.

What You Present:

In your 3-minute pitch:

• The Problem: Identify the user and their struggles.
• The Trap: Discuss the obvious fix everyone considers and why it isn’t effective.
• Your Fix: Show your prototype and explain how it provides a solution.
• The Proof: Demonstrate how to measure success, plus share one risk where it might falter.
