Workout Wednesday

TRACK IS BACK! Join us every Wednesday at Roosevelt HS. We start officially at 6am, but the track is available beginning at 5am. Workouts are provided by @runcoachlindsey to do at your own pace with modifications available. Grab a friend or meet a new one for Workout Wednesday every week! We hope to see you bright and early to put in some work together!
