GNIZDO Workshop #12

Join us this Saturday for GNIZDO Workshop #12.

Whether you’ve already been to one of our workshops or you’re thinking about joining for the first time, you’re very welcome. There is always something to build, something to learn, and someone interesting to meet.

What are we doing this Saturday?

🔹 Completing our aircraft builds
We still have two small fixed-wing aircraft kits to finish. We expected them to be quick builds, but each one turned into about an hour of hands-on work—which is exactly why they’re fun.

🔹 Building Pilotix FPV drones
We have several drone kits from the European manufacturer Pilotix waiting to be completed. We’ll continue learning proper soldering techniques and, if everything goes according to plan, move on to configuring them in Betaflight.

🔹 Working on Rui’s drones
We also have several drones provided by Rui and his team as part of their support for Ukraine. We’ll continue assembling, inspecting, and preparing those as well.

As always, there is no strict agenda. Come to build, ask questions, exchange ideas, or simply spend time with people who enjoy technology and innovation.

Cold chilled water, hot tea, coffee, and snacks will be waiting for you.

And good news—the weather has finally become much more comfortable inside the hub. No need to arrive dressed for a tropical expedition anymore!

Looking ahead

August will remain relaxed, with our regular Saturday workshops continuing every week.

But September will be different.

We’ll soon announce a series of special events with limited attendance, and together with our partners we’re finally opening our Simulator Room, where visitors will be able to train, practice and compete in a dedicated FPV simulation environment.

More announcements are coming soon—stay tuned.
