Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience in collaboration with our wonderful neighbors at Café Thoras! 🌳💪
📍 Location: Thoravej 29, 2400 København NV, Danmark
🧘 Practical Information:
- Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your yoga mat!
- Dress appropriately for the weather.
- Yoga mats will be provided.
- If the weather isn’t cooperating, we will shift to the indoors at Rört Studio.
🌟 About the Class:
Experience Yoga GROW, a dynamic class blending the principles of Hatha and Anusara yoga. This class encourages your body to “grow” and explore new postures. All levels are welcome!
