Join us for a FREE 60-minute yoga class suitable for all levels at Sunnyside Gardens! 🧘‍♀️

Embrace the summer morning as you stretch, breathe, and connect with your community. ☀️ Here are the details:

• Check-in at the West Co-op gate between 7:40 AM and 7:55 AM
• No pre-registration required—just show up!
• Ages 16 and up are welcome
• Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle
• Classes will be held either on the plaza or in the greenhouse if the weather changes 🌦️

Arrive early to settle in and stay afterward to enjoy the garden center! 🌿
