Trained in dance and rhythmic gymnastics from the age of 5, Tatiana pursued an artistic career in New York, where she danced at the Merce Cunningham studio and with several companies, before discovering Vinyasa yoga. After extensive training with renowned teachers, she has been teaching yoga in Paris since 2012, became the first French Lululemon ambassador, co-directed a 200-hour teacher training program since 2017, and now offers classes in Paris, throughout France, and via her online studio.

Dynamic and creative sessions, enriched by diverse movements drawn from my own practice, give each flow a unique signature. Demanding yet supportive, it’s a space to move with fluidity, push your limits with joy, and stay attuned to your body.
