Curious about Zen Buddhism? 🌱 Join us for an enlightening evening dedicated to Zen, the ancient meditation tradition originating from early China and flourishing in medieval Japan. Discover how these teachings can lead you to a more meaningful, balanced, and healthier life.
Led by the experienced Zen teacher Dan Zigmond, each session opens with an engaging talk on Zen practices and their relevance in contemporary life, followed by a guided meditation and a period of silent meditation. To wrap up, Dan will be available for questions and discussion!

About Dan Zigmond: A writer, technologist, and Zen teacher, Dan was ordained as a Soto Zen Buddhist priest by Kobun Chino Otogawa Roshi in 1998, earning his Dharma transmission in 2020. He has been part of the faculty at the Esalen Institute and has led teams at renowned tech companies including Apple, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft. Dan is also a past board member of various Zen centers and currently serves as a trustee at Naropa University. His latest book, Buddha's Office: The Ancient Art of Waking Up While Working Well, was published in 2019.
