Location: The Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen, 901 Courtney Rd, Arbutus, MD 21227. Look for the red doors by the parking lot.

Let's dance! 💃🕺 Cardio dance fitness, Zumba style. It's easy to get your steps in when you're having fun!

Schedule:

• First 5 minutes: Introductions, questions
• Middle 50 minutes: Dancing! Warm-up, core dances, cool-down
• Last 5 minutes: Outro, reflections, questions

First Time?

Welcome! All dances are beginner-friendly, so you can jump right in without any dance background. You might not get every move down perfectly on your first day, and that's completely normal! You'll be having fun and getting your cardio in from day one! 👏🏻

What to Expect:

• One instructor will demonstrate "lower intensity mode" and another will show "higher intensity mode" — choose who to follow!
