2026 Lookout Mountain 50 mile/18 mile/10k

🏞️ Join us for the exhilarating Lookout Mountain trail races, starting high above at the stunning Covenant College campus! This event features:

• Distance Options: 50 miles, 18 miles, or 10K 🏃‍♂️
• Stunning Scenery: Navigate through diverse ecosystems and historic landscapes in the Chattanooga National Military Park, the first national military park in the United States. 🎖️
• Challenging Trails: Experience thrilling climbs and moderate descents on predominantly single track trails, with the 50 and 18-mile races sharing the course for most of the way!
• Epic Views: On a clear day, see five states from the bluff lines along the 50-mile route. 🌄
• Natural Wonders: Pass by beautiful Lula Lake Land Trust and stunning Lula Falls, surrounded by lush rhododendron, hardwood, and Hemlock forests.
• Aid Stations: Enjoy hot soup and Southern hospitality at our amazing aid stations, complete with campfires during the evenings 🔥.

10K Challenge: Easily one of the most demanding 10K courses in the region! Start on flat college cross country trails before transitioning to narrow paths along two creeks, featuring steep climbs as your pace slows. Perfect for both experienced runners and newcomers eager to tackle their first trail adventure with no cutoff times! ⏳

Membership Benefits: Join Wild Trails at any membership level for a 10% race entry discount, or attend three races for free at the Trail Steward level (excludes Chattanooga Trail Relay and Upchuck 50K). 🎟️
