🏃♂️ Run for a Good Cause!
Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the Bideford 10k on 10 oktober 17:00 - 19:00! All runners, regardless of experience, are encouraged to take part in this exciting event while supporting Children’s Hospice South West.
🎖️ Every participant will receive a unique 2026 medal and an exclusive t-shirt. The scenic route begins and finishes at the Bideford Amateur Athletic Club clubhouse, offering stunning views of the Taw and Torridge estuary as you travel between Bideford and Instow.
🚶♀️ The course features mostly flat terrain with only two gentle inclines, making it accessible for everyone. It starts on the road in Instow and returns via the beautiful Tarka Trail.
