Topic: Momentum II
Let’s dive deeper into this fascinating subject we began to explore in our second lab. Momentum is the natural tendency of a moving object to keep moving or for a stationary object to remain at rest. Mastering momentum fosters fluidity in movement, cultivates a beautiful interplay between leading and following dancers, and emphasizes the importance of timing.

In this collaborative workshop, we won't just be absorbing information. Instead, we'll engage in a shared exploration of defined topics. We encourage everyone to share their insights, generate ideas for exercises, and truly immerse themselves in the experience! We can’t wait to spend this enriching time with all of you! 💖

• Part 2: Free Dance – Time to apply your discoveries in practice (60 minutes)
