GatherNYC: Boyd Meets Girl and Friends play Clarice Assad & Osvoldo Golijov
🎶 Join us for a captivating musical experience at GatherNYC, where the enchanting duo Boyd Meets Girl collaborates with distinguished violinists David Felberg and Jennifer Choi, along with violist En-Chi Cheng! This concert features a dazzling selection that highlights the works of two celebrated Latin-American composers: the hauntingly beautiful Tenebrae by Osvaldo Golijov and the vibrant Sephardic Suite by Clarice Assad.
✨ Founded in 2018 by cellist Laura Metcalf and guitarist Rupert Boyd, GatherNYC offers a unique concert experience designed to uplift and connect the community through music. The 2025-2026 season boasts an impressive lineup of 31 concerts, taking place every Sunday from October 2025 to May 2026, starting at 11:00 AM in The Theater at MAD.
