Healthy Family Day

Join us for Healthy Family Day on August 1, a free and family-friendly all-day event featuring:

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family activities
• 🎉 Community fun

This event highlights sports, wellness, family programs, community partnerships, and member experiences, showcasing the full range of what the Y offers. Families can enjoy free Y activities throughout the day, with free sports clinics running from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

This year’s Healthy Family Day is part of ESPN’s Take Back Sports movement, in partnership with Disney, and features hands-on YMCA experiences across various program areas. Families can try new activities, build confidence, stay active, and explore new interests in a fun and supportive environment.

As we head into the fall season, this event provides an opportunity to discover our programs and see how the Y helps families stay active, engaged, and connected in the months ahead.
