Join us for energizing outdoor HIIT workouts every Saturday! 🤸‍♂️

Training Structure:
– Warm-up
– Dynamic stretching and mobility exercises
– Main workout part
– Optional challenge for those seeking an extra push
– Cool down

This workout is designed for all fitness levels! 💪 Intensity can be tailored to your needs with alternative exercises available.

– A mat (e.g., yoga mat)
– Comfortable sportswear & suitable shoes

Who Can Join?
This session is FREE and open to everyone without medical restrictions for participating in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training!).

Led by: Rail
An IT Engineer passionate about fitness, Rail is a certified Functional Trainer and is becoming a Personal Trainer. He loves helping others enhance their physical condition and overall well-being through various activities like Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and kickboxing.
