Join us for the 48th year of the Jubilee: Festival of Black History and Culture! This free celebration is open to everyone and features:

• 🍽️ Food vendors offering delicious meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer and wine
• 👶 Kids Zone with educational and family-friendly activities, in partnership with the Columbia (SC) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated
