Join us for an energising full-body Sculpt class with Deborah, personal trainer and Sculpt instructor. Expect a dynamic workout that combines strength, endurance, and functional movement—all in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to adapt the exercises to your own pace.

As always, participation is free. Simply donate what you can—100% of donations from this class go directly to JAVA Shelter, helping provide food, veterinary care, and a safe home for rescued dogs in Portugal 🐾
