Welcome to our peaceful meditation session! 🙏
Join us for a soothing practice of basic shamata (calm abiding) meditation. We offer brief instructions in either Swedish or English, tailored to your needs.

The focus of our practice is to cultivate concentration and inner clarity, helping to calm and center the mind. This meditation form serves as a foundational step for deeper insight practices (vipassanā).

We'll primarily focus on breath mindfulness, engaging in both sitting and walking meditation.

Details:

  • 📍 Location: Norra Hamngatan 14, Gothenburg
  • ☕ Enjoy a cup of tea after the session for further reflection and connection.
  • 🕒 Please arrive a bit early to settle in before we start.

This event is donation-based, with a kind suggestion of 40 kr.
