Are you ready to groove? Join us at Støberiet for a contemporary dance session designed for everyone! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just curious to try something new, this is your space to explore, sweat, have fun, and feel the rhythm. 🎶
Our class kicks off with guided improvisation, where we explore movement at various levels, honing in on flow, coordination, and physical awareness. Then, get ready for an energetic choreography segment that'll have you moving to the beat! 💥
This is a truly Open Level class—and we absolutely mean it! Everyone is welcome. We, Lena and Mar, are dedicated to fostering a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere where enjoyment is the main goal. 😊
Practical Information:
- Class Duration: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM every Sunday
- Price: 60 KR for a drop-in spot
- What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothes that allow for free movement, and don't forget your water bottle!
