The session kicks off with guided improvisation, allowing us to delve into various movement levels while enhancing flow, coordination, and physical awareness. 🎶 As we transition into a vibrant choreography segment, you'll find yourself lost in the rhythm—this is all about having fun, feeling the beat, and just dancing! 🕺💖

- Class Time: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM every Sunday 🗓️
