• Reservation: To secure your place, send an email with your phone number to rohlikadventures@gmail.com.
• Clothing and Gear Recommended: Trekking shoes, backpack, waterproof jacket (optional), water, and snacks.
• Know Before You Go: Child pricing is valid for children 10 years old and under. Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled if the minimum group size of 4 is not met. Departures are approximate and may vary based on traffic. Delays will not result in refunds, and missing the bus is not grounds for a refund.
• The supplier reserves the right to alter prices or programs due to unexpected changes.
• Photographs will be taken during the trip for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Tours cancelled less than 24 hours before the starting time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made 48 to 72 hours in advance will incur a fee of half the entire amount.
• Commentary in English and Spanish is guaranteed; German, Italian, and Russian are available upon request.
