🇬🇧 Join our weekly nurturing sessions with our Forest Guardians! Together, we ensure our plants receive the water and nutrients essential for their growth, while tending to our native space to foster a thriving local ecosystem.

Why join us? This is an amazing chance to connect with your community, learn about the native Portuguese species, and contribute to a greener Lisbon. Plus, spending time in nature has its perks—research suggests that the microorganisms in soil can help release serotonin, the "happiness hormone" in our brains. What We Will Be Doing:
Our activities vary with the seasons, but generally include:

• Nurturing: Watering and providing nutrients to young trees.
• Maintenance: Careful weeding and pruning to support growth.
• Biodiversity: Removing invasive species to allow our native plants to thrive.
• The Horta: Seasonal tasks in our community vegetable garden.

Event Details:

• When: Every Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00
• Meeting Point: Floresta Urbana do Vale do Casal Vistoso
• What to Bring: A reusable water bottle and sun protection.
• What We Provide: All necessary gloves, tools, and loads of positive energy! 🌼
