🇬🇧 Join us for our weekly nurturing sessions with the Forest Guardians! Together, we ensure our plants receive the necessary water and nutrients to thrive, while also tending to our native space to support the local ecosystem.

Why Participate?
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with your community, learn about Portuguese native species, and contribute to a greener Lisbon. Plus, spending time in nature boosts your mood! Did you know that soil microorganisms can help release serotonin—the "happiness hormone"—in your brain? Come and get your free dose of nature-led joy!

What We Do
Our activities vary with the seasons, but typically include:

• Nurturing: Watering and feeding young trees.
• Maintenance: Careful weeding and pruning to encourage growth.
• Biodiversity: Removing invasive species to allow our native plants to flourish.
• The Horta: Seasonal work in our community vegetable garden.

Event Details

• When: Every Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00
• Meeting Point: Floresta Urbana do Vale do Casal Vistoso
• What to Bring: A reusable water bottle and sun protection.
• Provided: All necessary gloves, tools, and plenty of positive energy!
