Pop Up Asado x Salabka

🍽️ Asado Grill welcomes Petr Kunc, the executive chef of the Michelin Guide awarded Salabka restaurant, along with Milan Zdráhal. Together, they have crafted a unique seven-course tasting menu that merges modern fine dining, precise craftsmanship, and the creativity of two distinct culinary styles.

The menu is a true collaboration between both kitchens, featuring signature dishes from Petr Kunc of Salabka and Milan Zdráhal of Asado Grill, alternating throughout the evening to create an exceptional culinary story.

Tasting Menu

• Amuse bouche: Celeriac with caramelized white chocolate
• Starter – Salabka: Pike, pear, saffron fish fumet, fennel oil, pike caviar
• Cold Starter – Asado Grill: Grilled tomato gazpacho, strawberries, basil oil, tapioca, shrimp
• Fish Course – Salabka: Sturgeon, caviar, cauliflower, golden raisins, tarragon, Vin Jaune sauce
• Main Course – Asado Grill: Octopus, Chilean merl, smoked tea, ruby port, purple carrot
• Dessert – Salabka: White chocolate cream, almond crumble, lemon meringue, sorrel ice cream, strawberry consommé with vanilla oil, edible gold
