Join us for an enriching evening with Hell Yes – The Art of Consent! Dive deep into the essence of consent, exploring what a true 'yes' feels like and how a clear 'no' resonates in your body. In this uplifting tantric workshop, we will:

• 🌈 Explore consent beyond words, tapping into our nervous systems, bodies, and our collective connections.
• 🌿 Engage in presence, movement, and comforting contact to discover where your yes resides and where your no begins.
• 🌌 Move away from judgment and into a safe space of exploration that welcomes you just as you are.
• 🤗 Conclude with a voluntary cuddle puddle for relaxation, integration, and gentle connections.

About the Facilitators

Matilda and Katie have journeyed together through conversations about consent, establishing workshops around authentic relating, shibari, and tantra. Their grounded and present facilitation style creates a safe space for you to relax and be your true self.
