Join us at TACA (Therapeutisch Activiteiten Centrum Amsterdam) for an invigorating yin yoga practice led by Annalisa, founder of The AcuFlow. Together, we will delve into guided breathing and meditation, exploring our feelings and intentions, and unlocking the power within.

No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required! Just bring an open mind and heart! ❀

🧘 About the Instructor
About a decade ago, Annalisa faced burnout, grappling with an unhealthy lifestyle, poor dietary choices, and an overwhelming work schedule. This led to serious digestive issues and unresolved stress. While Western medicine provided symptom relief, it never addressed the root causes. Seeking answers, she turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Pranayama, Meditation, and Yoga. Though her transformation was gradual, it became profoundly life-changing. Inspired by her journey, she trained as a Yoga Teacher and now blends her expertise in yoga and acupuncture right here in Amsterdam, grateful for the wisdom gained through her struggles.
