Burnout prevention and recovery can be gently supported by slowing down, reconnecting, and enjoying the outdoors together.
On Friday, April 24th, at 2:55 pm, weâll meet in front of De Boswinkel and go for a walk in the Amsterdamse Bos. With some sun expected, itâs a great chance to get outside and have a relaxed conversation, share experiences, and keep each other company in our healing journey. đ
The host of the event is Alba, community member & volunteer.
âš Good to know
- The event lasts 3 hours, including a walk and picnic; weâll return to the starting point by 6 pm
- Bring anything youâd like for the picnic (blanket, snacks, drinks, board games, etc.)
- Expect a slow-paced, calm, and mindful afternoon
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes

- If you RSVP, please attend. đ
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me directly. After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you donât show up to your first event, youâll be removed from the community. đ
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). â°
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. đż
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. đ”
- You donât need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery. đž
- Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. đ«
