We’ll start our journey with a gentle guided meditation followed by a shared walk, celebrating our presence together. Halfway through, we’ll engage in a grounding practice amidst the forest.

Stay afterward for meaningful connections or simply to savor the serene environment. This space is lightly guided—not a hike or a silent retreat—so feel free to come as you are.

We’ll meet just outside the Boswinkel entrance, a quiet area with benches perfect for settling in before the walk.

From this gathering point, we’ll journey to a tranquil spot for our opening meditation before embarking on our deeper exploration of the forest. We’ll conclude the experience back at Boswinkel, closing our circle.
