Description

Explore movement, mindfulness, and recovery through intentional practices. Recovery Protocol: Day 02 is designed for recovery weeks, easier training days, or anyone looking to slow down and reconnect.

Activities Include:

• 🏃‍♂️ Community 5K
• 🧘‍♀️ Guided Deep Stretching
• 🎶 Guided Sound Bath
• ❄️ Regulate warm & cold protocol (sauna + cold plunge)
• 🌱 Time to slow down, recover, and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings

Each participant will receive an OEM Care recovery kit reserved exclusively for this practice, including:

• OEM Cooling Relief Cream (Cypress Mint)
• OEM Electrolyte Drink Mix

What to Bring

• 👕 Running gear and shoes
• 🩱 Swimwear
• 🧖‍♂️ Towel
• 👖 Change of clothes

Notes

• No previous sauna or cold plunge experience is required.
• Guidance will be provided throughout the session.
• Participants will rotate between the sauna and cold plunge in small groups.
• Spaces are limited to maintain a small-group experience.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in.
Limited storage is available for personal belongings; please avoid bringing valuables.
Photos and videos may be captured during the event for documentation and promotional use.
