🌟 Welcome back to Rumble! This April, join us as we focus on helping you climb stronger, descend safer, and move confidently on your hikes. Our program includes four core stations that will help you feel measurable progress over the weeks, rather than just completing a workout! 💪

📍 Meeting Place: As indicated in the image (directly next to Old Hill Street Police Station; opposite Funan)
Easily accessible via various MRT lines and bus stops
Just a 3-minute walk from Clarke Quay Stn Exit E

⏳ Duration: 1.5 hours
🧗 Level: Mixed Levels (ensure you are in good physical condition before attending)

🌀 What to Expect:

  1. Warm-up and dynamic stretching
  2. Stamina, Stability, and Single Leg strengthening exercises using Stairs/Steps
  3. Jogging or brisk walking between each station

🎒 Items to Bring/Wear:

  • Comfortable sports attire and appropriate footwear
  • (Arm-length) towel and a water bottle
  • Most participants will carry their bags for hike training, but you can leave yours in the car if you’re driving, or bring a compact backpack

⚠ Note:

  • In case of heavy rainfall, the event will be canceled. However, if it’s just a light drizzle, we might proceed with caution or relocate to the AU office for an indoor workout.
  • If you anticipate being late or cannot make it, please notify me in advance via WhatsApp at WA +6597318648 or update your RSVP by 8 p.m. the night before so I can inform those on the waitlist.
  • Spaces are limited to 20 participants per session to ensure a focused experience.
  • Priority will be given to participants of the 2026 AU trip and Elite AU club members. Remaining slots will be offered to the general public. If you’re on the waitlist, the order may not strictly adhere to the list due to the priority system.

Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early, as we will start on time! ⏰
