Join us for an extraordinary exhibition dedicated to Stanisław Dróżdż, a pivotal figure in Polish conceptual art and a distinguished concrete poet. In 2003, Dróżdż proudly represented Poland at the prestigious Venice Biennale. This year marks a significant milestone, celebrating both the 80th anniversary of his birth and the 10th anniversary of his passing. To honor this legacy, we are showcasing an exclusive collection of his work from the MOCAK Collection.
Dróżdż termed his creations Concept-Shapes, uniquely merging intellectual exploration with sensory experiences. His art often breathes life into letters, punctuation, and mathematical symbols, allowing viewers to engage with his works on multiple levels.
Although grounded in philology, Dróżdż identified primarily as a poet, with his creative expressions spanning printouts, installations, and interactive pieces. Come delve into a world where language transforms into art!
