
Sustainable Performance — Women's Session by ULEAD
Join a small group for drinks and an open conversation about sustainable performance (= the ability to perform at your best without burning out: managing energy, setting boundaries, and building confidence and resilience). Phones away. This is a deliberately offline, in-person session.
What happens:
- Small group of 3 people per session
- Open conversation around ULEAD's Sustainable Performance framework
- Peer sharing on challenges, blockers, and next steps
- All participants leave with full, free access to ULEAD's Sustainable Performance Program

Who this is for:
- Women experiencing burnout or running close to it
- Women who want to perform sustainably without sacrificing their wellbeing
- Women looking for peer support
Program: All participants receive full complimentary access to ULEAD's Sustainable Performance Program, a 10-hour self-paced curriculum across five modules.
Why it matters:
Burnout affects 42% of women in the workplace and among senior-level women, that figure climbs to 60%. Nearly eight in ten women of colour at the senior level report frequent burnout. Senior-level women are leaving at disproportionate rates, citing being passed over and seeing no realistic path forward as key reasons for disengagement.
Places are limited to 3 participants per session. The programme is fully funded and built by ULEAD, available at no cost to all participants.
